The TP-Link POE170S Omada PoE++ Injector provides a simple and reliable way to add PoE++ power to an existing network. It combines electrical power and Gigabit Ethernet data over a single network cable, reducing the need to install separate electrical outlets near compatible network devices.

Up to 60W PoE++ Power

The POE170S supports IEEE 802.3af, 802.3at and 802.3bt PoE standards and can supply up to 60W of power. Therefore, it can support higher-power PoE devices that require more power than standard PoE or PoE+ can provide.

This makes it suitable for compatible wireless access points, PTZ IP cameras and other PoE-powered network equipment.

Gigabit Ethernet Connectivity

The TP-Link POE170S features two Gigabit Ethernet interfaces:

• 1 × 10/100/1000 Mbps RJ45 Data-In port
• 1 × 10/100/1000 Mbps RJ45 Power + Data-Out port

As a result, the injector provides Gigabit network connectivity while simultaneously supplying power to the connected PoE device.

Automatic Power Detection

An intelligent auto-sensing system detects compatible 802.3af/at/bt powered devices and determines their power requirements automatically. This simplifies installation and helps ensure that the connected device receives the appropriate amount of power.

Plug-and-Play Installation

The TP-Link POE170S PoE++ Injector requires no software configuration. Simply connect your network switch or router to the Data-In port. Then, connect the compatible PoE device to the Power + Data-Out port.

The injector supports both desktop and wall-mounted installation, allowing greater flexibility when setting up a network.

Durable and Practical Design

TP-Link uses a durable metal enclosure for the POE170S. Its compact design measures approximately 155 × 70 × 42 mm, making it easy to integrate into offices, network cabinets and other professional installations.
