Product Warranty at Supreme Networks
Supreme Networks is committed to supplying genuine and reliable ICT products from established technology brands.
Warranty coverage varies depending on the product, brand and manufacturer’s warranty terms. Where applicable, the specific warranty period will be indicated on the quotation, invoice, product documentation or communicated by our sales team.
Warranty Coverage
Where applicable, a product warranty generally covers manufacturer-related defects in materials or workmanship occurring during the applicable warranty period under normal use.
Depending on the product and manufacturer’s policy, an approved warranty claim may result in:
Repair of the defective product,
Replacement of the product or defective component, or
Another remedy provided under the applicable manufacturer’s warranty terms.
The appropriate remedy will depend on the nature of the fault, product availability and the manufacturer’s or authorized service provider’s assessment.
Warranty Requirements
To submit a warranty claim, customers may be required to provide:
- Proof of purchase from Supreme Networks.
- The product’s serial number.
- A clear description of the reported fault.
- The complete product and relevant accessories where required.
- Original packaging where reasonably necessary for safe handling or where required by the manufacturer.
Products submitted for warranty may need to undergo inspection and technical assessment before a warranty claim can be approved.
What Is Not Normally Covered
Warranty generally does not cover faults or damage resulting from:
- Physical damage, impact or accidental breakage.
- Liquid or moisture damage.
- Electrical damage caused by incorrect voltage, power surges or unsuitable power sources.
- Improper installation, configuration or use.
- Unauthorized repair, modification or tampering.
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Lost, stolen or missing products.
- Damage resulting from external equipment or accessories.
- Removed, altered or unreadable serial numbers or warranty labels.
Additional exclusions may apply depending on the manufacturer’s warranty conditions.
Warranty Claim Process
1. Contact Supreme Networks
Provide your invoice/order details and describe the problem experienced.
2. Submit the Product
Where required, the product will need to be returned to Supreme Networks or the applicable authorized service centre for assessment.
3. Technical Assessment
The product will be inspected to determine the cause of the fault and whether it qualifies for warranty coverage.
4. Warranty Resolution
If the claim is approved, the product will be repaired, replaced or otherwise handled in accordance with the applicable warranty terms.
Warranty Processing Time
Warranty claims are not always resolved immediately.
Processing time may depend on the product, nature of the fault, availability of replacement parts or units, manufacturer procedures and authorized service-centre timelines.
We will provide updates where reasonably possible while the claim is being processed.
Data & Configuration
Customers are responsible for backing up important data and configurations before submitting equipment for warranty assessment or repair.
Supreme Networks cannot guarantee preservation of data, software, settings or configurations during diagnosis, repair or replacement.
Manufacturer Warranty
Certain products may be covered directly by the manufacturer’s warranty or an authorized service centre.
Where this applies, Supreme Networks will provide available guidance on the appropriate warranty process.
Important
Warranty does not automatically mean immediate replacement. Products must first be assessed to determine whether the reported fault qualifies under the applicable warranty conditions.
Warranty periods and conditions vary by product and manufacturer. Customers are encouraged to confirm the applicable warranty when purchasing equipment where warranty duration is an important requirement.
