Supreme Networks offers Back-to-Back Order services for customers requiring specialized ICT equipment, large quantities or specific models that may not be immediately available from our regular stock.

Once your requirements are confirmed, our team checks availability, provides pricing and estimated lead time, and sources the products specifically against your confirmed order.

How Back-to-Back Ordering Works

1. Send Your Requirements
Provide the product name, model number, specifications and required quantity. You may also submit an RFQ, BOQ or tender specification.

2. Availability & Pricing
Our team confirms availability, pricing and the estimated lead time through our supply channels.

3. Quotation & Confirmation
A formal quotation is issued detailing the products, quantities, pricing, lead time and applicable terms.

4. 60% Upfront Payment
A 60% upfront payment is required to confirm the order and initiate procurement.

5. Order Processing
Once the upfront payment is received, procurement begins and we keep you updated on the progress of your order.

6. Delivery & Final Payment
The remaining 40% balance is payable after delivery of the ordered products.

Payment Terms

40% Balance — Payable after delivery.

Important: Back-to-Back Orders Are Final

Please ensure that all product models, specifications, quantities and other requirements are correct before confirming your order and making the upfront payment.

Once a Back-to-Back Order has been confirmed and procurement has commenced, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.

Back-to-Back products are sourced specifically against the customer’s confirmed requirements. Therefore, customers should carefully review and approve the quotation and product specifications before making payment.

Availability and lead times are subject to supplier confirmation. Any additional conditions applicable to a particular order will be clearly stated on the quotation.
