UGREEN NASync DXP8800Plus 8-Bay Network Storage CM755

The UGREEN NASync DXP8800 Plus provides a central place to store, manage, share and back up large amounts of data. With eight SATA bays and two extra M.2 NVMe slots, it offers plenty of room for growing storage needs. It runs UGOS Pro, UGREEN’s NAS operating system. You can use it for file storage, backups, photo management, media libraries, team file sharing and remote access.

Powerful Intel Core i5 Processor

UGREEN equips the DXP8800 Plus with a 12th Gen Intel Core i5-1235U processor. The processor has 10 cores and 12 threads, giving the NAS enough power for demanding file transfers, several users and multiple NAS services running at the same time.

8 Bay Storage

The DXP8800 Plus provides eight SATA drive bays for compatible HDDs and SSDs. It also includes two M.2 NVMe slots. You can use the M.2 slots to expand storage or improve performance, depending on your storage setup. UGREEN sells the standard unit without storage drives, so you can choose compatible drives based on your required capacity and workload.

Large Storage Capacity

Current UGREEN specifications list support for configurations of up to 272TB, based on eight 32TB SATA drives plus two 8TB M.2 SSDs. However, older UGREEN documentation lists lower limits such as 208TB because larger compatible drives became available later.

Dual 10GbE Networking

The DXP8800 Plus includes two 10 Gigabit Ethernet ports. UGREEN supports link aggregation across the two connections for up to 20Gbps combined network bandwidth in a compatible network setup. UGREEN quotes download speeds of up to 2500MB/s under suitable conditions. This makes the NAS suitable for large file transfers, video production, business backups and shared storage.

8GB DDR5 RAM

The system comes with 8GB DDR5 memory as standard. You can expand the memory to 64GB for heavier workloads and more demanding applications. It also includes a dedicated 128GB SSD system drive for UGOS Pro.

Flexible RAID Support

The DXP8800 Plus supports several storage modes: JBOD, Basic, RAID 0, RAID 1, RAID 5, RAID 6 and RAID 10. This flexibility lets you choose a setup based on your preferred balance between capacity, speed and drive-failure protection.

Dual Thunderbolt 4

Two Thunderbolt 4 ports provide bandwidth of up to 40Gbps for compatible devices. This high speed connection adds more options for professional workflows and large data transfers.

8K HDMI Output

UGREEN also includes an 8K-capable HDMI output. This allows you to connect the NAS directly to a compatible display for supported applications and media use.

PCIe Expansion

The DXP8800 Plus includes a PCIe Gen4 x4 expansion slot, giving advanced users more flexibility when expanding the system.

SD 4.0 Card Reader

The built-in SD 4.0 card reader makes it easier for photographers, videographers and content creators to transfer files directly to the NAS.
