Hikvision DS-2DE4225IW-DE(S6) 4″ 2MP IR Network Speed Dome

2MP Full HD Surveillance

The Hikvision DS-2DE4225IW-DE(S6) features a 1/2.8-inch progressive scan CMOS sensor, capturing video at up to 1920 × 1080 resolution. Its Full HD imaging provides clear video for monitoring entrances, industrial facilities, roads and other large outdoor spaces.

25× Optical Zoom for Long Distance Monitoring

The camera features a motorized 4.8–120mm lens with genuine 25× optical zoom, allowing users to observe distant objects more closely without relying solely on digital enlargement.

The camera also supports 16× digital zoom for additional on screen magnification. This combination makes it particularly useful for security teams monitoring large compounds, parking areas and long building perimeters.

360° Pan and Motorized Tilt

The speed dome provides continuous 360° horizontal rotation and a tilt range of -15° to 90°. Security operators can remotely adjust the viewing direction, configure preset positions and create patrol routes to monitor selected locations automatically.

Powered by DarkFighter Low Light Technology

Hikvision’s Powered by DarkFighter technology enhances image performance in low light environments. This helps the camera capture useful footage in challenging lighting conditions, such as poorly illuminated roads, outdoor compounds and industrial sites.

Up to 100m Infrared Night Vision

The camera features built in infrared illumination with a range of up to 100 metres. This enables black and white night time surveillance across larger areas without requiring visible white light illumination.

120dB Wide Dynamic Range

The camera uses 120dB WDR to improve image visibility in scenes containing strong lighting contrasts. Additional image enhancements include backlight compensation, highlight compensation, 3D digital noise reduction and defog technology.

Intelligent Video Analytics

The camera supports smart security events, including line crossing, intrusion detection, region entrance and exit detection, unattended baggage detection and object removal detection. These functions can help security personnel identify relevant activities and configure automated alerts.

H.265+ Video Compression

H.265+ compression helps reduce network bandwidth and storage requirements while maintaining video quality. The camera supports integration with compatible Hikvision NVRs and surveillance management systems.

Outdoor Weather Protection

The IP66-rated housing provides protection against dust and powerful water jets. It also includes surge and lightning protection features for professional outdoor installations.
