Hikvision DS-2CD1723G0-IZ 2MP Vari-Focal Dome IP CCTV Camera

The Hikvision DS-2CD1723G0-IZ 2MP Dome Network Camera provides dependable video surveillance with flexible lens adjustment and high quality Full HD imaging. Unlike fixed lens cameras, its motorized varifocal lens allows installers to adjust the viewing angle remotely through compatible camera management software.

2MP Full HD Video Resolution

The camera captures video at 1920 × 1080 resolution, providing clear Full HD footage for everyday security monitoring. It helps users observe entrances, corridors, reception areas, parking spaces and other important locations.

Motorized Varifocal Lens

The camera features a motorized varifocal lens that allows electronic adjustment of the viewing angle and focus. A wider lens setting provides broader coverage, while a narrower setting helps concentrate on a particular entrance, doorway or monitoring area. This flexibility makes it useful for installations where precise camera positioning is important.

Infrared Night Vision

Built in infrared illumination enables the camera to capture footage in low light and dark environments. The camera switches to infrared assisted black and white imaging when required, allowing surveillance to continue without visible white-light illumination.

Wide Dynamic Range

Wide Dynamic Range technology helps balance bright and dark areas in challenging lighting conditions. This is useful for entrances, windows and other locations where strong background lighting may affect image clarity.

Efficient Video Compression

The camera uses digital video compression to help reduce network bandwidth and recording storage requirements. This makes it suitable for integration with compatible Hikvision network video recorders.

Durable Dome Housing

The dome enclosure provides a professional appearance and helps protect the camera during everyday operation. Its design makes it suitable for ceiling or wall installation in residential, commercial and industrial environments.

EXIR 2.0 Infrared Technology

The camera features EXIR 2.0 infrared illumination with a range of up to 30 metres. This provides more even illumination across the monitored area during nighttime recording.

IP67 Weather and IK10 Vandal Protection

Its IP67 weather-resistant and IK10 impact-resistant housing provides added protection against rain, dust and physical impacts, making it suitable for demanding surveillance installations.
