Return and refunds policy

At Supreme Networks, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 72 hours from the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be;

  • unused,
  • in its original packaging.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 48 hours.

If your refund is rejected, we will contact you to discuss your options.

Exchanges:

Once we receive your request. Once we receive the item(s), we will process your exchange and ship the replacement item(s) to you.

Reasons under which a customer’s order may not qualify for an exchange

Shipping Costs:

Supreme Networks is not responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges, except in cases where we have made an error with your order.
